Certainly! We do provide this service. If the customer decides to work with us, we'll deduct a fee from their total expenses. However, if they choose not to take advantage of this, fee will be deducted.
Are you providing customers with the option of selecting a specific color from the available palette for the product?
Our service includes accommodating preferred colors as per the buyer's request. However, it is important to note that if the buyer opts for a particular type of fabric that incurs an additional cost, this will be specified and added to the order. Rest assured; we strive to provide our customers with the desired product.

Can I have size modifications?
If you want to modify the size of a product, you can either make it smaller or larger to meet your needs. However, remember that this modification will come at an extra cost, which you'll need to pay before the process begins. Also, please note that if the product is modified to a custom size, it cannot be returned unless there is an issue that needs fixing.
Where can I ship my order?
There is delivery in the coasts, Cairo, Giza, and some governorates, but ask about the shipping fees and availability to your governorate.
